About the artist
Felipe Juárez is a master weaver based in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, working in a tradition passed down through generations of border artisans. These tapetes were brought to Bisbee by Fernando Serrano as part of the bord•er•line exhibition, which celebrates the living weaving culture of the borderlands.
