CSP is a unique space perfect for events such as meetings, wedding receptions, formal parties, performances and workshops.

Community Room

The Community Room is a 750 square foot multi-use room that is ideal for meetings, classes, and presentations. The rental fee is $5 an hour with a $20 minimum.

Theater

This restored 80-seat theater is available to the public for theater productions, film screenings, presentations or other events. The theater is equipped with a LCD projector, and lighting and sound equipment. The rental fee is $35 for one hour, $55 for two hours, $65 for 3-4 hours or $100 for 5-8 hours, plus an additional $15/hour for use of any audio/visual equipment (this fee includes an a/v operator).

Gallery space

The CSP gallery space is a great space for large events. It has been used for weddings, costume balls, art exhibitions, and fundraisers. The rental fee is $20 an hour with a $50 minimum.

Parking lot

CSP rents out individual or group parking spaces by the day or month. The daily fee for one vehicle is $10, and the monthly fee for one vehicle is $25. Our parking lot can also be rented for outdoor events for a fee of $20 an hour with a $50 minimum.

All rentals may include additional charges for events over 50 people and/or heating. Tables and chairs may also be available for a small rental fee.
